S.D. Walker & Company started in 2003 as a simple notary and tax service,
but let’s be real—helping people was always in my DNA. Growing up,
community service wasn’t optional in my household; it was what
we did. My mother was always out there making a difference, which
meant her kids were right beside her, whether we liked it or not!
Over time, I realized that helping people usually comes with a side of
problem-solving—and lucky for me, I’m great at that. Now, nurturing?
That’s another story. Let’s just say I’m better at noting than nurturing
(hence the notary business). So, turning my skills into a service-based
company wasn’t just a choice—it was the obvious path.
Fast forward, and here we are: a trusted multi-service provider with a
mobile, innovative approach, tackling contracts of any size. But
