Our Philosophy
At S. D. Walker Company, we created The Diamond Program, a structured support initiative dedicated to helping justice-impacted individuals across Arizona’s Congressional Districts 3, 4, 6, and 7 take a critical first step toward employment: securing a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Our Expertise
We proudly partner with FingerPrint Me LLC, providing LiveScan fingerprinting services that ensure accuracy and a fast turnaround of 7–10 business days—getting participants their denial letter quickly so they can move immediately to the next step in the exception process.
Appointments are available in-office, or we provide on-site mobile services at no additional cost for facilities or organizations with 10 or more participants. To receive the Diamond Program rate, individuals must be referred directly through the program.
Our mission is to remove employment barriers, reduce recidivism, and create structured pathways to reintegration and self-sufficiency. With access to trusted partners—including legal aid, compliance experts, and document specialists—participants receive comprehensive, coordinated support every step of the way.

Our Services
Through weekly outreach and personalized intake, our team guides eligible participants through the application process, including:
- Application assistance – $110 per person
- Hands-on guidance through the Good Cause or Central Registry Exception process – Free assistance
- Optional national “rap sheet” retrieval – $75
- Notary services – $10 per seal (typically only one required)
- Birth certificate retrieval – $75

The Justice Impacted Community Initiative
At S. D. Walker & Company LLC, we’re addressing a critical gap in reentry: employment barriers due to Fingerprint Clearance Card denials. With 1,300 individuals released monthly from Arizona prisons (ADCRR, Dec. 2024) and many more on probation/parole, our Diamond Program provides a structured pathway to secure work—starting with clearance card approvals.
Why This Matters:
- Without a Level 1 Clearance Card, justice-impacted individuals face limited job opportunities, increasing recidivism risks.
- Our data shows that 70%+ of reentering individuals have job-ready skills but lack this credential.

Our Goal:
- With upcoming grant funding (October 2025), we aim to provide scholarships to cover fees for eligible participants—breaking down systemic barriers one card at a time.
