serve community centers, unions, and lodges across Tempe, Arizona. 

We’ve encountered many families seeking help for loved ones who were unable to make their own medical decisions—but as notaries, we can only assist individuals who are coherent, able to sign their name, and have proper identification. Unfortunately, many families reach out when it’s too late. Let’s change that.

Our program provides vital information on planning for future medical care, ensuring individuals have the legal documents needed to express their healthcare wishes. 

All documents are free, and we offer free on-site notary services.

S. D. Walker & Company LLC provides funding and coordinated support services for justice-impacted individuals across Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Cocopah, and Yuma Counties to facilitate successful workforce reintegration. Each approved client receives a $500 referral scholarship to access essential services such as fingerprint clearance cards, training, ID restoration, court-ordered testing, legal documentation, and transportation through approved grant-compliant providers. However, to provide these free pre-release services to justice impacted clients it's all dependent upon grants and donations.  

Our goal is to implement a multi-tiered employer outreach strategy to  engage key industry sectors, secure job placements, and create long-term partnerships with hiring organizations.  

In Maricopa County, having a valid driver’s license, fingerprint clearance card, and expunged or sealed records significantly enhances employment prospects. Many industries, including healthcare, education, security, and transportation, require background checks and state-issued credentials for hiring. By assisting justice-impacted individuals in obtaining these critical documents, S. D. Walker & Company LLC ensures that our clients are not only eligible but also competitive candidates for sustainable employment opportunities.

By integrating these strategic partnerships with workforce entities, labor unions, and employer networks, S. D. Walker & Company LLC will drive measurable outcomes, reduce recidivism, and empower justice-impacted individuals to reintegrate successfully into the workforce and society. This initiative aligns with the Arizona Department of Labor’s mission and positions S. D. Walker & Company LLC as a trusted leader in reentry workforce development.

This initiative aims to develop stabilization housing and establish a property management company to serve justice-impacted individuals in Maricopa and Pinal County. The project will provide temporary and transitional housing while also acting as a liaison to connect clients with quality, affordable long-term housing.

1. Develop stabilization housing in Pinal County to support individuals transitioning from incarceration.
2. Create a property management company specializing in assisting justice-impacted individuals in securing permanent housing.
3. Establish partnerships with landlords, housing providers, and community organizations.
4. Ensure access to supportive services, including job placement, financial literacy, and case management.
5. Promote long-term housing stability and reduce recidivism through structured reentry support.

 This project, scheduled for implementation between 2026 and 2029, will create a structured pathway for justice-impacted individuals to access stable housing and reintegrate successfully into society.
